Buy a buggy that is turn key and go out and break it. Fix it and do it again. Do not attempt to build a buggy from scratch for your first one. It's not the best way to go.

Same here... take our advice. Obviously everybody on here has experience. So I'd listen to what everybody tells you when you're starting out. Especially when they all say the same exact thing..... Buy a complete buggy.
