There is a lot of riding in WV on the old logging and coal mine roads, I have been to East Lynn and they have TONS of riding and awesome scenery of the mountains, not only East Lynn is the place in WV, it is all over the state, there is even a lot of riding in northern WV around the Wallace/Rosedale area, I have a buddy that has been riding his 4-wheeler there for years.

How big is this place? I've heard of it but i hear its not that great. I was told you can see the whole thing in minutes. Is this true? How much to ride? What are the hours? What time of year is it open? Sorry for all the questions but this is not a terible drive for me so maybe i'll check it out.

the place sucks ass to ride but it is a very nice place to camp.there are some off camp trails that are pretty cool but are on public land. the camp has maybe 40 acres of groomed trails.the owners are total assholes and i`ll never go back because of them.

There will still be between 500 and 1000 AC. To ride even losing them two places we r just going to have start cutting new trails instead of just riding mains

There is one problem with that. One of the stipulations from the EPA for building the Coal plant is that the creek bed (refered to on the plans as Rocky Run Stream Midigation Area) will be fenced off from the tracks at yellow creek all the way thru and past chicken coop. This basically cuts whats left in half.

It's a long story, to make it short, the main reason is the economy, then he does not have time to take care of it because he has a business to run.

Don't know if you guys have been there. Haspin Acres in Indiana isn't that far from eastern Ohio and it is 700 acres of insanity! Its 3.5 hours drive for me and I think it's worth it evertime. No Rules... Just Right... Riding Hours 6am-11pm (liberal) Open 365.. $15 a day CAMPING AND RIDING... Camp where you get stuck was what they told me the first time I went there... Bring your spare parts... and spare beer for when you run out of parts. :D
