forbiden zone , as soon as thursday the property could be signed over to the new ower which will be a coal mining company , he stated from my source that he will try to lease the land from the new owner for another year or two while they try to set the mining company up but sounds like a crock of shit to me. said to him ,we can get in next weekend right and his reply was i cant answer that for sure .
don or warren will not return my phone call nor my freinds that have campsites their so something is fishy

i camp at forbidden zone and have been since the day warren opened that camp ground.i know for a fact that the ownership of the property is tied up in court. warren personally asked me to testify on his behalf. i of coarse didnt. the property dosent rightfully belong to him.it actully belongs to an amish guy who also ownes tons of other properties.if any of you remember when warren opened the camp thats why all the logging was going on.the amish had bought it to log.i dont know how long this will be tied up in court but it has already been years.about 5-6 years ago the rightful owner harvey miller had some hired guns up there one weekend and ran eveyrone out.since warren has the deed in his bullshit bussiness name he was able to keep them out.thats why he wanted me to go to court with him.the owner is trying to get it back and nobody knows how long this will take or what they will do with the property.warren wont answer anyones calls because more campers got burned up there in the last 2 weeks.he always dissapears after we get vandalized.sounds alittle fishy to me.he had openly admitted that he stole stuff from another guys camper to a friend of mine.im sure there are others that are vandalizing our campers but he sure dont try to stop any of it.thats the reason he also wont fix the road like he used to cause he dosent know how long he will have controll of the property.i seen warren there 2 weeks ago so for now he is still around.i feel bad for everyone who just lost their campers ,theres only a few left now but atleast we wont have to deal with warren for awhile.

yellowcreek is closed down for the winter they will keep it seasonal and nobodys been able to change their mind

Dave from oaktree told us that the court battle was settled at forbidden zone and it was sold as of thurs. and their going to be the first to post it off limits. Dave isnt posting till he gets his money. By the way we were told warren lost of course.

i havent heard any of that,but we did see warren up there 2 weeks ago.im sure whenever he does lose he wont be allowed on the property.hopefully this isnt all true.im not going to stop going til someone tells me personally to leave.all this drama been going on for the last 15 years ive been going to wellsville.someone allways says its going to close,just keep your fingers crossed i guess.

I agree, the last 10 years Ive heard the same stuff and it never happened. I hope its more bs but Odyknuck has been telling us this is going to happen and I feel like we didnt even try to keep the place. Hes actually in contact with the company so hes really the one to ask.

Try this and see if your luck is any better than mine. Try googling planck tradings or planck holdings. Theres almost nothing to show these are real companys. When u do you also get the name prime coal. Google it and you get almost the same. NONE of them have a website. The name Perian Salviola comes up as an agent for every one including a company called Keeping up appearences llc. Seems awfully weird to me . Please someone else search these too. Seams to me someones blowing alot of smoke up alot of asses.

i dont understand any of it either.also there isnt anything recient.regardless im moving to oaktree if its still there in the spring. ive heard its gonna close for a few years now and never moved but i should have.its only a matter of time before my camper gets burned.i think mine, giveitagallons,and 2 others are the only ones left so ive been lucky so far anways.ill take my chances at oaktree if its still there.

I know how you guys feel. We had the same thing happen here in Alabama. Wilburns was prolly the best ride spot we had and then some high roller come in and turned it into a huntin club. After this happened we all got together and started opening up our old outlaw ride spots. Just be patient something will come together for you. Ive grown to realize theres no stopping orv riding theres just to many people that do it and enjoy it.

the newer story from dave at oak tree is he received a additional 40 grand earnest money and if he does not reseived full balance within the two year contract the contract is null and void which he said has happened from the same buyer once already ! he stated once the property is paid for we will have 6 months !!!!!
i personally am getting aggrivated with all the here say on this whole thing so just to inform everyone i will only say what is said out of the owners mouth of both property because it seems to change everyday and dont want to be the a hole makeing storries up because it makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it .
also our camper was still standing and we removed it sat before it got burnt at forbidden zone

all seven campers that were burnt at fobidden were my local freinds campers and it was said to me they beleive the person who did it was tryeing to catch the entire property on fire out of revange (hearsay)
