MAN THE CHAIN DRIVE GUYS ARE OUT NUMBERED A 1000 TO 1 ON HERE AND ARE GETTING BASHED ON ALL THE TIME ALL BUGGYS ARE BUILT FOR DIFFRENT THING FLYING UP HILLS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT IS DONE EASY IN A CHAINDRIVE . PEOPLE SAYING CHAINDRIVES DONT CLIMB AS WELL AS ONE SEAT BUGGYS ARE LOOKING AT THESE HILL CLIMBS THAT ARE PUT ON BY WOODSBUGGY AND ARE GETTING THE WRONG IMPRESSION THE CHAINDRIVES WILL NOT OUTRUN A LIGHT ONE SEAT BUGGY EVER . BUT CHAINDRIVE WILL CLIMB SOME INSANE STUFF THAT ONESEATERS WOULD HAVE TO KILL IT TO MAKE IT I JUST THINK PEOPLE ON HERE ARE BIAS TO ONE SEATERS ARE THE BEST BUGGYS THAT HAVE EVER TURNED DIRT WELL IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR ARE DOING BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME RESPECT GIVING TO THE CHAINDRIVES

Well maybe there needs to be a" Extreme hill climb competition series" next year? If we are in Alabama,Bama boys pick the hills,if we are KY,KY boys pick the hills and so on.There can be NO whining and crying due to the location or the hills and let the points system tell the tale at the end of the series. Also im not a extreme climber,so i think the entry fees should be quite a bit more since there probably wont be as many buggy's enter as they do know. The ones that would enter this competition have a lot invested into their machines,so the pot should reflect their hard work and investment. So more or less its put up or shut up for some, but not me im just making a suggestion. :|

RESPECT IS EARNED. I still say a buggy olympics. Acceleration, braking, climbing, jumping, tough buggy track competitions and so on. Certain cars will shine in certain areas with awards for such and an award for the overall winner/best overall buggy. :)

I don't have a chaindrive or a single seater, or even a VW engine any more for that matter, and I doubt I ever will 'cause chains just go snap in our sport, but even if I did you wouldn't be earning much respect with a whinging post like that :P

I dont know anything about CDs except for most of the ones ive seen are huge, yeah that might hender some climbing curvy hills, but hell who cares as long as you make it out the top.Now in the hillclimb comps. that will probably slow your time down some but the hillclimb series is(in my eyes)a great opportunity to get a whole lot of people together and have a good time, while talking a little smack while your there.

Hi Richard. I had to re-inforce that 4 wheel drive chain drive and hope to be thru in 3 weeks. The garage is stifling hot so work is slow. Hope to go to Choccolocco in september and Greyrock in october.Yall look under TRANSMISSIONS then under MYSTERY MACHINE.The pics are a few months old but I've got it beefed up right this time.I also raised the ground height to a soft 21 ".
