So oaktree dave called me this morning. Well it wasn't morning, but I was till in bed, so it was morning to me. lol
Anyways he said "they decided to scrap the project, and not take the buyout option, so we are gona be open all year" I should have asked for more clarification, but I was half awake.

Unless this is an April fools day joke. OR it's Dave's last ditch effort at a money grab saying the deal is dead so he can collect camp rentals until it's not dead, then kicks everyone out with no refunds. Sound like something he would do.

yayyyyy we only hope that this is all true and that this is the end of this con game but there is so many ups and downs, we will just enjoy this good news for now and hope that it lasts.
