I finally got to start working on the buggy. I started going threw some of the parts that came with the buggy that Iam not going to need so I can try a sale them. Here is where I could use a hand. The motor that was on the buggy was a vw and the guy I got it from said it was a 2000 plus cc long story short he blew it up and destroyed most of it. I still have the heads crank and carb and intake. How can I tell what kind of heads they are. If it is for sure a stroker crank.

the end of the crank that the pulley goes on opposite the flywheel should have the Number stamped on it. You may get numbers off head and look them up on The Samba.com. if you can't find the link on here.

Don't reuse your old oil lines cooler or filter after a blow up. It will release metal back into your new motor.
