I have a Northstar V8 for sale it has only 5 miles on it. It was a GM crash test car we bought last year and never used . I have ceramic coated headers and adapter plate for a VW type tranny. I also have a brand new fuel pump and regulator along with filters never out of the box. This thing is 325HP with 315LBStourq all ALUMINUM V8 withe dual overhead cams and variable valve timing. One more thing is it has the complete factory computer and wiring harness. |

It aint about balls . Maybe you have the $4,000.00 it would take to put it on your buggy. We got 6,500 invested but our budget was cut short so we went with a 4.3 thats just under 300HP Can U handel it ??? |

I understand I cant handel the price either or I would finish my persinoal car with the northstar. Its the trans that realy makes it out of my reach. Dont think a bus trans would last long. The car it was going on has a Mendolia. Maybe somebody runing a powerglyd or turbo350 could stand the price. Like one of those sandrockets from Michigan using a jag or vette rear end.One thing for sure you wont build a VW with 325 HP and 315LBS tourq on a 4k budget. Dont get me wrong I believe in flat4s all the way. |
