I need 1 or 2 of them. I bought 2 last Oct. and the splines inside one of them sheared completely off. More Chinese Cheese, but now I'm stuck with them and have to eat out of their hands. Speaking of Chinese Cheese (I bought this buggy), the thermostat on the oil cooler won't come on til the temp is 250 degrees. All this gagetry... I'll wire it direct tomorrow, the way it should be... |

No. It had the death grip on it. Just like every other axle nut I've tightened for over 35 years. The German factory stuff does not break near so easy. |

I FOUND OUT WHY IT BROKE. Some 1 piece rotors have shorter splines and you have to run about 13/16th's of a spacer so the axle nut can tighten up against it. Make sure you buy the ones that DO NOT require a spacer. Now it should be about time for the other side to strip and I will be left dead in the woods again. Such joy! . |
