very nice buckmaster. if i can suggest one thing you might have already done, but use sparkplug grease on those wires. i had a set of them and when i pulled them off the plugs i ripped the ends out and they SUCK to recrimp. looks good now get it in the buggy :)

Good tip, thanks. Is anyone running one of those trick Alt.pulleys from Tims, that are smaller so the fan speed will remain the same with a power pulley? If so is there a certain size belt i need to have or will a regular 1 fit.Hey Kyle you coming to the hill climb?

My motor is super wide,i have like an inch between the fan shroud and cyl.covers, you can see them in the pics. What should a man use to fill the gaps up so i dont lose a ton of air

nice tree bars but I really like your switches above the windshield. That looks great and keeps everything out of the way.

I also liked the way you dropped the fuel tank down. I did the same thing on my buggy to allow for more visibility out the back of the buggy.

Looks great...

i would definately invest in an air box setup if you run d&k or any other dusty places cause m.ralston burnt rings up after a weekend at d&k. just hope it rains on the week prior and that will help but it is still the best place i have ever rode and prolly will be the best place i will ever ride. that thing looks good man hope to see it in the woods.

Hey Buckmaster, The belt number for that pulley from Tim's is a Gates XL 7325. Tim should have the number also. The buggy looks get.

Well guys i dont think im going to make it to D&K, i cut my pushrods too long and things are not going right.I should have not been a cheap ass and let someone else build the motor,so Larry if you see this before your PM i will get you taken care of by mail in a couple days.Everybody have a good and safe time and hopefully i'll see ya'll on the next run.
