HELP! Well i'm finally going to put my coil overs on the rear and take my torsion bars out. My question is this i know they have a eliminator kit that you can buy but i want to make my own kit.I have looked and looked for some detailed info on how to make your own kit.My new coil overs are the same length as my fox 2.0 so i can still use my limit straps.I am running the after market torsion housing with the mid travel end pieces. Can anyone please send me some pics or a link to anyone who has done this before. What size heims should i get, is there any certain geometry, yada yada yada. Any info would be greatly appreciated. |

After further research i found out I have a 2 1/4 rear torsion housing and I do have the mid travel end plates welded on the end of the torsion housing. |

You can run the "stock" set-up with out the torsion bars too if wanted to. Just pull the bars and re-assemble. |

I have thought about that but you have to much play when you put the spring plate with bushing's installed back into the torsion housing. That load bearing boss that goes in the housing is very important. |
