OK I bought an engine for $75. it looks good! I showed it to baja1965 and he noticed that the push rod tubes are not stock they are the one with springs on it. I took a valve cover off and was surprised to see how clean the rockers and top of the head was. It says 100 on it, what does that mean? I have another set of head for my other engine that says 72. can someone clarify what I am looking at?
Thanks again,
Cameron

They are a production number which is not important. It is important for the nine digit part number and letters that follow to match.
