I'm getting steady to build a new 1835 . I was wondering if anyone has tried the AA pistols and liners posted on the samba. seams like u a good deal. under 200.00 shipped.

You'll have a million opinions from people about this I run the AA on my motor with no complaints it's a 1915 and my buddy is building a 1776 right now with them too

sORRY TO STEAL YER THREAD . But why can the wife put 150K hard miles on her New Beetle and ride her a/c buggy with AA's 150 miles and they are shot. Rings gone, cylinders egg shaped. 10 4 good buddy come on. Gitty up and go.

Remember this you get what you pay for......If your not gonna be beating on it all the time or for road use AA is fine. But if your putting it in the woods and beating the snot off of it NO NO AND NO but that's just me .Good luck with what ever you do.

Sorry.. I'm just fed up with junk. SO if we just picnic they will be fine? Why do we have to picnic! lol They do not want us to have thicker barrels and wider cooling fins... They all want us back asap with our over the phone credit cards. While we install new jugs they know that we need new other parts and up grades. Dam I love my screaming $500 w/c. If I had some spikey tires I would have done used a buggy for traction! lol So many a/c owners disappear for a month and never admit they had to hide and rebuild. I know they do, because I've done it.
