So, i had a problem with my progressive on my 1641. It was leaking out of my secondary, then something ignited it when i was cranking it over.(was not fun lol) So i had a set of dual webber carbs on the shelf, had them rebuilt. I was wondering how well they are going to run, and if any one knew a good jetting combo. im hoping these give me a good low end and not load up all the time. all i gotta get for them is a new heim joint for the linkage kit.

thanks,

Dave

What size webers? You'll probably have to put smaller venturies in them to start.

Im glad we got it out too. lol I couldnt have watched my buggy burn down. I just gotta find the heim joint for the linkage kit then im gonna get them on and see if i cant find anyone to tune them. I have heard i need a vacuum gauge on both of them or something like that? is that true? And what kind of gaskets should i run from the manifolds to the heads? I have the paper style now
