Ive come across a good set of 23 degree 4 plys for sell.
they are not cut yet, what do you think is a fair price i should pay?

If they are in good shape, you are looking 400 - 500 without wheels |

it took four bills, and they were already cut. when they need a tune up i know ho to call.  i bead locked my aluminum wheels as well ill try to post some pics.
