Since my last up date I came across a mock up motor, rod bearing is wasted in this one so it's only use is for mock up.

The oil system was next, alter the oil pan, install remote oil filter and cooler.

The air filter will plumb directly into the throttle body.

The original Funco under bars.

The new water cooled under bars, lower thermostat housing and radiator.

The rear cage almost finished.

Lots more to do. Next on the list are the shock mounts, limit straps and caliper brackets.

And the only way they can be affective is to make sure you stay in front of me. You see Odieknuck had some brake issues before I sold my black car. Everyone stopped except Ody and rearranged the rear bars. Custom by crunch. I would need to put a steel curtain back there to be totally Ody proof. :P

or you just stick a couple peices of angle cut tubing out the back and people will learn quickly not to bump you!

Thanks for the kind words guys. With the #$@ked up economy, jobs being almost non existent, this build will be a very slow process. Besides I don't rush through this kind of build, it doesn't pay to do so.
I am a little disappointed though, I must be slipping. Almost missing your buggy instead of REALLY missing your buggy, I've failed.
Andy, she did say THIS year. Nothing about next year.
I will post any progress I make but I can say it's not going to be this year.

Right on Mike... Hopefully you can grab a passenger seat and we can catch up in the woods this summer sometime! I can't wait to see you unveil this thing next year, though!!
