Well crap, after over a year I have been working on this thing I was finally ready to take it for a test run yesterday. Was gonna load it up and take down to an old lumber yard. Got my brakes bled thanks to the power bleeder and safety harness in this week. Went to put it on the trailer and the frickin clutch wont work. Adjusted the slave cylinder still no good. How much should the clutch arm travel? It's not very much on mine. Will try to shoot a vid of clutch arm travel later. I didn't put the clutch in so I'm not sure where to go with it except to start pulling the engine. Not looking forward to that to say the least. I guess I need to learn how to pul this engine anyhow. :(

bleed it out better i would say.

take your hand and just move the clutch fork you will feel some play til it gets tight. adjust it so there is about 1/8th inch of play left in it til it hits.

GOT IT!! Thanks Kyle, I was thinking it needed 1/8th inch play before the fork started moving. Not at the end of the distance you could move it with your hand. That was a relief.

Took it for a spin today. Got some tidying up to do but I'm tickled s*#tless right now!! :D :D :D :D :D
