I have described my ride on here before, 1600 dp, 2 barrel 40 empi carb. I just went with 2 x 3 arms from Appletree, and love them. My question is, will this change the way it performs, not just the way it rides? I fueled up with a couple fifths of whiskey over the fourth, and could not seem to get it in the air on a hill that I know I should have been able to launch it. It seems like I am having to shift into second sooner than I used to. Or am I just nuts? However, it does seem to run a little harder on jim beam... |

Sound like you better back it back down to one bottle... |

Hell that might take away some of the fun. |

The longer arms should make for a smoother ride and now your suspension is not unloading the same way. You are probably going much faster and smoother but you might not get the air you did before. |

Longer arms change the weight bias, putting more weight towards the front.. not knowing how tight the torsion was before the swap, but a torsion that is too soft will actually take bite away from the rear tires.. you may be changing gears sooner because its spinning |
