We've got around 30 people coming so far , in buggies , jeeps & sxs's , its gonna be a hell of a ride , several of us are getting there Friday around noon & staying til Sunday afternoon !

We gonna bring some stuff too , we usually just pitch in , so call me a few days before & we will see what we got & who's bringing what , rob always cooks the butt , he good with butts ! Lol

Rob said he is bringing 2- 8 lb. Butts to smoke & we can bring whatever we want to go with it .

I will bring the paper plates , paper towels , condiments & plastic silverware ! Lol

Does anyone coming have a small or medium size gas or charcoal grill that is easy to load & unload , we can cook the small stuff on it , like sausages & we usually bring stuffed peppers & small PCs. Of deer meet , mine is a huge 5 burner & to big to try & load by myself

We will get a list of stuff together within the next few days on here for people to bring that want to help out !

Just found out I'm not working that weekend. :) so I will be there Saturday morning early. I will bring whatever you need me to Ron I just don't have portable grill.

Ronald, i have a little grill maybe 18" x 18" i can donate to the cause.. its not gas but ill fill it full of charcoal for you 8)

I know I can't make it. But back at the old Fultondale camps we would take aluminium foil and wrap fresh squash, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, peppers, a 1/2 stick of butter, pepper, 2 Johnsonville brats and put it on the grill beside wrapped corn on the husks, and greasy pork steaks. I had 4 or 5 grills in a row at that camper. I sold my sole to the devil back then. I am no good no mo. lol those were some great times. The longest stretch we stayed in the woods was 19 days. We would get up, go home, shower and go to work and come back to camp. All of our buggies stayed hid out in the woods. I had 24 dogs at one time. They stayed pregnant but about once a week the coyotes would have a young dumb dog or old dog for lunch. m-f we'd ride Fultondale drunk and naked.

Yea DD those were the good ole days I remember riding all nite sometimes stopping at your camp in the middle of the nite to weld our buggys back together ride some more and come your or Billy's camp in the morning and eat than ride all day I miss those days

I still got that ole welder on wheels. It reads, U.S. Army Signal Corps. Onan and sons Minneapolis, Minn. 1940. It has a jeep motor turning the generator and welder. It is 74 years old and welds like nobody's business. It has to be the worlds oldest still running Jeep motor. It welded a many a broke buggy.

This gives me 2 weeks to finish my cage,tree bars, rims and tires so I guess I better get to work. :D
