A air cooled 2500 on a ss will smoke it in a hillclimb , just ask clayton h. , he had a 400 HP. With turbo & nitrous Buggy & will tell you the same , less weight in rear is less traction on a hill wiyth an 88 lb power plant , that's why its in a Le mans car and not a dragster , possibly OK on the street , but with no weight in a rear engine compartment vehicle , is less traction There too , I suppose but I could be wrong ! It is a very interesting piece though & in the right application it would be awesome , but not sure its designed for a quick off the line & then stop once you climbed the hill vehicle ! Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App |

Build it & bring it over here , I don't think clayton is a moron though , he's built some bad ass shit , look at some videos of it , we don't run in a straight line , so when you get it ready , just enter it in a hillclimb & see , it could be a new way of doing things ! Weight has nothing to do with rear traction. Weight bias, however, does. Big difference |
