Anyone else having trouble posting pics from the iphone ? I keep getting a message that says..... It was not possible to caculate the size of the image.... or some like that.

having trouble with android app as well. sometimes it works sometimes it says i have to log in to post pictures. ive logged out and logged in several times and still same message. |

yea I choose small when it asks. It worked for a while but now it doesn't. |

I am sorry guys, I have tried to make adjustments for all of the different phones but I cannot guaranty that all phones will work correctly. There are dozens of variations between phone models and software versions. There is no way I can test every combination. When a picture does not post, it is usually an issue with the size. An iPhone and most android devices will prompt you to select the size and you will need to select the small size. I will probably have a new release in a month or so to support IOS7 and hopefully that will correct some of these issues. My last update fixed the forum issue and I am still working on the pic sizing. There is some good news, if it does not work for you. I will give you double your money back. Even if you can make posts and read post but cannot upload pics, you still get double your money back. |
