I ordered some 044 magnum CB heads from moore parts 15 days ago. 13 days ago i get a email saying my heads are on order and they should be recieving them in 8 days and ship them to me. I called moore parts today and they blamed CB performance for backordering my heads. I called CB performance they said there were no back order issues and a set of 044 magnum 94mm heads have not been ordered from them in over a month by anyone. i called moore back and they continued to blow smoke up my wazu until i told them i wanted to cancel my order. they told me they would get to the bottom of it. 5 minutes ago i recieved an email stating that they were recieving my heads today and they would be shipped out immediately. WHY do we have to march up someones a$$ and plant a size 10 in the neitherlands to acomplish anything these days?

Why not order direct from CB Performance? CB has always been very timely with my orders?

Cb performance is wierd about how you place your order. I like to orddr online that way if its the wrong part its nobodys fault but my own. I originaly placed my order with cb but got a email saying a salesman would contact me. Well it took 3days for said person to call me which kinda burnt my ass a little so i told him he had the wrong number. I then placed my order through moore who gave no indication they didnt stock it till 3 days later. On a lighter note i just recieved a ups tracking number where moore has finnaly shipped to me.

That's weird, I never have any problems when I order parts for my Subaru motor. Oh wait, I"ve never needed to order parts for them, never mind.
