Like the Title Says... What fuel do you run in your buggy? I have always used pump gas (93) in all my buggies but the new buggy takes 110. It took me a little while to even find a place that sells 110. Anyway, I was just wondering how many people are running Hi-Octane fuel. |

93 with sea foam. kept compression at 10 and a half to 1 so i dont have to pay the price for the 110 or 115. i ran 118 in my stock cars for 15 years and its rough on the pocket as much as we ride with 3 buggys. |

I run 93 pump gas in my Turbo Subbaru 2.5. I keep the boost under 8PSI due to the the 10.5:1 compression. |

I always ran 94 , but new motor is race fuel only, gonna see how rough it is on me this year might drop the compression over winter depending. |

The place near my house sell 110 for $9.80 per gallon. If you buy it in a 5 gallon can, you have to pay an extra $10 for the can. I just bring my own gas cans and they fill them up. |

Well I would rather buy pump racing fuel but its about 40 miles to that store and about 8 miles to the store with 5 gallon cans so it depends where I riding on which one I get |

I run 100ll in one seater and just finishing refresh on two seater. I lowered compression to 9.5 to 1 so I can run pump gas. |

10-4 Chris, no thin skin allowed. I knew that and that's why I said what I said. My new 2.5 Subaru requires me to run 93, not exactly the cheap stuff but compared to race fuel it isn't so bad. |

fortydegnorth wrote: The cheapest 87 octane I can find. Nearly 300 hp and probably 25 mpg. I know that Forty isn't lying I can verify the fuel millage. I use one gallon for every two my buddies air cooled air compressors use. Mouse I think fuel is cheaper in Tennessee and Kentucky for some reason |

Go to the airport and get AV gas I ran it for 25 years in all my high compression buggy motors I added a little Marvel mystery oil for cylinder lubricant because it is a dry fuel .When I freshened my engines they always looked good and clean.6 bucks a gal around here.Did I mention I ran it for 25 years |
