The inner bearing/bushing you can just tap it further into the beam and leave it in there. I think I got them out using a blind hole puller with a slide hammer too.
X2 on the delrin bushings.

So is has bearings on the ends. If I knock them out I can just replace them with the red bushing I've seen w/o puttin bearings back in..... Right?? The bushings are takin place of the bearings it's what I'm thinking or do I need both?? |

correct, long red or black bushings = no bearings there should be an inner bearing also but I know a guy who couldn't get it out so he left it in and just cut the end off of the bushing so it would fit but haven't talked to see how that's working out yet |

Why not just leave the bearings in? I'm not an expert but I would think the original bearings are better than the bushings? |

Needle/ straight roller bearings are designed to rotate and when they are used in a suspension system they typically don't do this enough to wear evenly. Impact being transfered through the thin edge of the roller also wears into the arms more than a bushing does. JMHO |

the red ones are junk. use the ones from saco sacoperformance.com there made out of delrin there hard and they last |
