Has anyone ever used a #8 blade. I believe that is a 1/2 blade. I am thinking about using a 1/2 blade to cut my boggers like this.

i used the #4 blade on mine, and bought a #12 blade, but i didnt like it cause it took to long to heat up and cut. and you have to buy the corresponding head for the blade you are using. i would nt go any bigger than a #8.with this setup that is. now that van alstine groover thats a different story, ive heard they cut like butter

Cried once...........  Rent it out to your buddies to cover your initial cost.
