My sandrail is a bit difficult getting in and out, mostly due to the steering wheel, also noted the steering wheel sits close to the frame, my steering wheel is 14 inches, my question is do you think going down to a 10 inch would be too small? mostly used on back road forest service roads.
Thanks.

Install a steering wheel disconnect and take the thing off to get in and out.

I thought about a disconnect however I get in and out too often, found a 11.75 with two inch offset, don't know if that will help much. Do you know of any 10 inch with little offset? thanks

Get a disconnect/ quick release your wrist will thank you. Little wheels allow for no leverage. If you go power steering you can use a 6".

I have a 10 " honestly I'm lucky I have all my fingers.lol If you can go ahead and do it right like red baron and gasman said. Disconnect. Small er wheel a lot less leverage. I'm goin with disconnect and big wheel this winter. I went up in tire size this past year 6.75 made it a lot worse on me. The 5.00 wasn't as bad. I'm told if you can afford the splined one it stay tighter a lot longer. I'm told.

i must say when i was useing the 13 1/2 wheel stearing was a lot easier.i can drop my seats down alittle this winter and then go back with my 13 1/2 wheel and give me a little more better view.

Grant makes some real nice wheels for racing, Speedway has a great selection in their catalog log on to their web site and register and they will send you a catalog free. They have lots of things we use at good prices. Check them out. I use their 14" diameter 3 spoke aluminum racing wheel with a Wildwood disconnect.

Here is another options.. Tilt Steering..

My wheel is 11 3/4 and it feels small but I really like it. I cannot image going any smaller.
