i have cut some bars out my buggy and change a couple things whats the best way for smoothing the spot where the bar was cut out to have the smoothest surface possible

grind until close to bar. go to any lowes,trc or weld store...they all have wheels for your grinder that are layered sand paper made for just such a thing. just know your shank size on your grinder

ok yea i have done the grinding so the sandpaper wheel works well ?
