I have a 96 legacy awd auto I picked up for donor motor and am wondering how to part it out to make the most money back ? Thanks for any suggestions Jason |

Remove the motor, trans, ECM, TCM (if it has one) and motor wiring harness all the way to the ECM. Then scrap the rest. Sell the trans on Ebay. |

Start e-baying stuff with little or no reserve. If you get a dollar out of a mirror that's still a dollar you wouldn't have got before. Side mirrors, fuel pumps, brake calipers, master cylinders, axles, glove box doors(hinges break), headlight switch, radio, etc can be E-bayed. Hoods, doors, trunk lid, bumper, tires and wheels, put on craigslist. Price everything cheap, but above scrap value, so that it moves quickly. You might still be able to break even depending on what you paid and how lucky you can get with e-bay. It seems like I'll list something and not get a bid, then 2 weeks later have the same thing listed with 5 people bidding on it. |
