we were riding 2 weeks ago , and i hit a hill and it acted like i blew a cv. Came down the hill backwards , but when i got to the bottom the buggy moved. Ran it like that the rest of the day, but now its bunny hopping when i let out on the clutch . it got real bad saturday when we were out . 1) cv's and axles are ok 2) motor and tranny were bolted tight 3) pulled my 5 rib apart - spider gears and all the other gears look good I'm lost -- anybody have any ideas? |

Might be a broke engine or tranny mount,,,that will even tug on the throttle sometimes too. |

most of the time if its hopping like that its the front trans mount loose or broke frame horns.i run my axles without clips and i have had an axle come out of the cv on a bad rutted hill i was setting sideways and knew i had spun it.got the buggy pushed around when i got to the bottom it had went right back in.it's happened to me a few times.but that should not have caused it to start hopping.you have something loose or broken in a main support somewhere.chad |
