I've noticed on other forums I belong to that when you are a new member you can't post things for sale. What about the idea of a new member makes a set number of posts before they can sell? I know it's not my place, I'm just throwing it out there for thought.

I say lets not do that we don't have problems with people selling right after they join here if you ask me we need more things being sold on here and the reason I'm against making them post a set number of times is I've been on here a while and I didn't post anything for the first couple months

Same here. I'm a new guy, which means I'm doing a lot of reading and not a lot of talking.

I like a bargain as well as the next person, but if somebody posts a for sale item as soon as they join then it "appears" like they are interested in Woodsbuggy as free advertising, that's all. Bring on the Gucci bags or not?

Yea I have to delete 3 posts per day from that spammer. I wish I could delete him

If you can send me or Dan the screen name of the spammer , we can't delete it if we don't know who it was . Way to keep on deleting them stupid thing though !

I have been a member on here for A year or two and only have four posts . Thats because I learn from every one on here.. But does that mean I cant post something for sale just because I choose to listen and learn?

I don't have a problem with people selling stuff on here as long as its not that crap we been seeing lately. I have seen members on here that have been members for 4 or 5 years with only a couple of post so I don't think it's matters as long as someone may need it or want it just my opinion but you what they say opinions are like buttholes everybody has one and they usually stink

I banned the user last night. They should not be back. I believe you can also ban a user from the moderator portal.
