Here are some pics of the pile of junk. I have everything to put it together finally, minus a few tiny odds and ends. Pictures of all the shiny new parts would be cool, but I haven't taken any. Lol. Just hard to work on it while living away in Illinois for 8 weeks at a time, only have like one day every couple weeks to work on it when I go back home on the weekends. These are pics from a few months ago, there's been alot done since.
Thanksgiving day 2011 when I brought er home:

Test fitting the Harley Davidson frontend conversion:

Threw my wheels on to check clearance, which are now on our 6.0 truck. Lol I think Dad stole them from me.

After weeks of Dad and I doing body work. Trying to get it "show quality". I know, way too much for a truck but I want it to be perfect since I'm putting all this time and money in it. It's since been primered all over and blocked twice, and wetsanded.

Transporting my new bed. Yes, held down with vise-grips.

When I was putting the 12v together. just shows Headstuds and decked block.

Ported, polished and decked head installed. Common rail valve seals, 5 angle valve job, 60lb over BBD valve springs, chromoly keepers and retainers, ARP rocker pedistals, and rocker bolts.

Painted the longblock and powder coated my valve covers. The paint looks tan here, but it was wet. Once it dried it's now a dark gray color.

Dad and My buddy NIck helping me pull the 5.4 gasser.

Painted the whole frame with Tractor Supply implement paint. Best stuff ever made.

Here's a tease of the paint. It started at Ford Sonic Blue found on Mustang cobras and some SuperDuty trucks. Our cousin Troy custom mixed it; took out 2 of the toners, added white diamond pearl, green pearl, and some purple pearl.
In florescent light in our paint booth, can't tell much about it.
