Not for very long. Install a 6 rib super diff in it and it will hold up a little better. Go conservative on the clutch and it will live.

You might like the gearing of the 5 rib. It will be geared a little higher than a 3 rib, and a little lower than a 6 rib. I run suby and broke 2 three ribs this year alone. I upgraded to a 6 rib and it is holding up well and I give it hell sometimes,,,just check the video from the creek. Sometimes I think I need the gearing that a 5 rib offers though. Maybe I should have tried the 5 rib with a superdiff. 8)
