The fuse and relays will go in the center console for now. But all wires are getting labels for the next mod. |

Ok, got everything wired up, works great. I love this thing. Sucks having to figure out all the old wires, but I will get around to pulling them all and rewiring it. Got an ACC switch as a main, then a ign and a momentary start button. Follwed by 4 light switches and a CB and radio Switch. I ran an old ford heavy duty relay to turn the power on and off with a key, since I drive this on the road at times. Just tried it all out and works great! Now I just need to find a home for the switch pannel and run the ribbon cable. |

are you using that solenoid as a continuous duty? if you are, make sure that it is a continuous. just as you said a hd solenoid from a ford. because they are not, and it wont last!!!!!! |

Well I just put it in existing location, untill I have time to gut all the " through the frame" wiring and weld the holes up. And I want to mount it in the roof at that point. |

It runs under my seat then up my side rails to the lower windsheild bar. I covered it in a layer of black duct tape to help protect it. Hope its enough |

Nitro, you will need to weather proof your relay board somehow, these relays will act up and probably short out if they get any water and/or mud on them, put them in a ammo box if you can one day, it works like wonder |

Its in my center consol for now untill after this trip. Then I will work on redoing all the wires and finding it a better home. And I have up on 1/2" standoffs to keep it dryer. |
