Stock crank pulley, or power pulley or dry sump? Whats your idle rpm? Mine have all always done that (until I switched to Kidd1's super small alt. pulley), but I've never ran a stock crank pulley. |

I have a volt gauge in my car instead of a light and at idle my alt is not at full potential. With just a little rpm it is better and i do use an underdrive pulley. |

Install at least a 10 gauge charge wire from the large terminal on the alternater to the B+ on the Battery. Your charging wire is too small. Oh yea I told you that allready! |

I always have the same prob. I had to rev it up to get my light to go out, after that it stayed out. I'll have to try the heavier ga. wire. |
