You can buy the Flanges or the 2 into one exhaust manifolds from Outfront Motor Sports:
http://www.outfrontmotorsports.com/primary_tubes.htm Then go from there.

Dave and I made my exhaust out of a vw exhaust and it looks and sounds like a strong vw.

All of our exhaust systems are different based on the room available. The best part of my exhaust is it dosen't sound anything like a VW. I suggest some type of muffler, the loud pedal works real good.

Here is what I had on my ej22. Part VW ,,,part suby,,,part honda,,,I just took what I had laying around and made it work..With the EJ22 is important for scavenging to run them all to one exhaust port,,preferably equal lengths. good luck

The flanges were cheap at $30.00 a pair. They are also 3/8" thick. The 2 into one headers they have make the job quick and easy. Thats what Plumberbill used. I think Madmike also used them. They are not cheap however they do save some work.
