Thought this was pretty cool. Love to try one on a light single seater. Supposed to be available soon as a crate engine. 1.6 liter 165 and 185 hp versions are available, Weighs 140 lbs and is a pushrod engine

That's really cool. Loosely based on the LS series it sounds like. Sounded good on the youtube video. I wonder at what rpm it makes it's power and what the torque specs are. Doesn't look cheap. |

Scat used to make a V-4. Used them in a open wheel full midget race car.  Here is an extreme version.
