Police said a 22-year-old man was slumped over and asleep in a slow-moving buggy on Sunday night. An off-duty officer from nearby reported seeing the horse pulling the buggy at a walking pace as it straddled the center line. The local fuzz tried to arrest a friend of mine for DUI, the horse he was on refused to pull over. They tried to charge him with fleeing and eluding saying they reconized the horse. His attorney asked the cop to ID the horse, funny thing Buck skin Arabians all look the same, he owned 20 of them. Since the cop couldn't ID the exact horce and they couldn't ID the rider because he had his hoody up and couldn't see his face the judge had no choice but to drop charges. Talk about a horses ass. |

f'in hypocrites shouldnt even be allowed to run their buggies on our roads - they dont pay taxes to help build or maintain them - they are not required to have a drivers license, license plates or as for as i know not even insurance. See what happens if we try to drive without any of those

my bro got pulled over drunk on a lawnmower several years ago he had a cooler strapped to the hood and was on a short trip to mow his girlfriends lawn he only got a warning that was a pretty cool cop. |

Go you one better ,Me and Karen and a buddy of mine were on a charity bike ride out of Atlanta .We were pulling out of the starting point 45000 bikes my buddy is drunk got a cooler strapped to the front fender of a softail custom .When we get to where the cops are directing traffic my buddy's cooler fell off,a beer with a hole in it spewing rolled right up to one of the cops feet soaking his ass |
