I would like to join you guys. Are you planning on camping out or just a day ride?

Unfortunately, just doing a 4 hr ride. Trying to be there at 9:30 am. Lets see... 3 1/2hrs travel down, ride 4hrs, then travel 3 1/2 hrs back....yep its worth it. I got my buggy finished in time to come to the hill climb but didn't get to ride much at all. Hopefully I can do a little more Friday. I have one ATV coming with me.

I had a great time at Windrock today. Thanks Eric, Michael & Terry for makiqg the day great. It was good to ride with you. Thank God there were no issues. The closest was me almost
running over 2 SXS's and Michael flipping his ATV.

Bigdsmith, I thank you guys for letting the Safari Wagon ride with you guys. I have to say that we packed a lot of riding in a very short time. I will spend some quality time cleaning all the mud off. I don't remember trails 16 and 22 being so wet. I think we emptied most of the puddles. I am just glad I could stop before I ran the four wheeler over when it lost its rider.

We will have to ride up in the Turkey Lake/ Kentucky Lake area some day. Or we could just spend some more time at Wind Rock. The buggy is missing a little powder coat but it was well worth the ride.

Lots of tire smoke on trail 16 some of the obstacles challenged my suspension and as it turns out buggies can smoke tires just like the rock buggies. I definitely need some better tires. The DOT tires are great for the road but the hard pack nature of the soil and the rocks cry out for some cut boggers or 23 degree v grips. Darrell I need to make a trip to OH to get a set from you.

I was slipping and sliding all over yesterday. I had a great time and it is so nice to play in a State with so much beauty. I would also like to thank the folks at Wind Rock they provide a great location for enjoying the great out doors and a chance to ride in a pristine environment.

I would also like to thank the folks at Wind Rock for the upkeep of the park. They do a great job on the maintenance of the property. Its a really nice set up they have going. Its a beautiful place, just wished the waterfalls had water this time. Oh well that just makes another excuse to go back.
