I called kenedy engineering about my ecotec to vanagon trans today. they said 8" (200mm) and 9"(230mm) clutch and pressure plates will work with this trans. Obviously 9" will have more holding power but the cost difference between 8 and 9 is almost 300 bucks. 100 more for adapter and 180 more for clutch kit. I,m trying to keep costs down but don't want regrets later. My ecotec is a stock 150hp/150tourqe motor. My thought is 8" will probably be ok. Your thoughts please! This is a stage 3 clutch i had qouted,
