Has anyone tried a cable shift setup or made there own? I have the 091 with turboblue's linkage setup. Good setup and it work but I now am having space issues and want to make a cable setup. I was thinking of using a honda cable box and make the linkage on the trans. Heres a setup you can buy but $550 is not in my price range. http://www.cableshift.com/home.html I know I can make this for about $100 or less just wondering if anyone had any pics or ideas? |

I've been working on my shifter this past week. It will probably be a week or two before I get finished with it. I'll post details and pictures when I do. Decent cables cost about $60 ea. I didn't have any luck finding junkyard cables that are the right length but I'm doing mine in a baja so it will be in a different location. John |
