Does anyone know if there are two different lengths of starter bolts? I made the switch from a three rib to a six rib tranny and now my starter bolt is too short, any ideas? |

Yes I believe that the 6 rib is different from the 3 rib the 3 rib uses a car style starter the 6 rib bell is longer Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App |

Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App The 6 rib bellhousing is about 1 inch longer so the starter bolts out of your 3 rib it's definitely not gonna work. And if you are trying to use your 3 rib starter it is also different |

I got one from an autostick . Its about 1ΒΌ" longer than 3 rib. not sure where your at but your welcome to have it. Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App |
