ok i have front and rear disk brakes with a proportioning valve controlling the front and a set of dual cnc cutters for the rear my problem is my passenger rear caliper keeps locking up on me so i thought maybe it was the caliper i bought a new one still locking up though, i have bled it and its solid fluid coming out, i had the caliper at its highest point while bleeding, ive looked for kinks or pinches in my lines and hoses but nothing, has any one had this type of problem it has been giving me problems since i put my cnc s in i highly doubt its the cutters but ya never know thanks |

If it only locks up when you pull cutter and hit foot pedal(to test when its locked up just push foot ped and release,if it unlocks the wheel your cutter is at fault),your cutter piston stop needs adjusted out. to do this theres a small allen set screw under dust boot loosen it and back the inner ring out a bit till it fixs lock up.I've had a bunch of CNC do this in the past couple years But if it locks with foot pedal OR cutter your hose is bad |
